To schedule a pregnancy test appointment at Hope Clinic, schedule online using the form below or call our office at (541) 672-2609.
An ultrasound appointment may be scheduled following this appointment. The nurse will determine if you qualify for an ultrasound exam.
All services are provided at no cost to you. No insurance is required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and plan for your appointment to take about an hour. Upon arrival to your appointment, you will be asked for photo ID to verify your identity and then a picture will be taken to store in your medical record.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are experiencing any bleeding, cramping or other physical discomfort that concerns you, DO NOT wait for your appointment. We do not provide urgent care. Instead, seek immediate medical attention and do not hesitate to contact your physician, visit the ER or call 911 in emergency situations.
